Surpassed Expectations

I’m not big on words, but would you look at this! It’s absolutely beautiful. Jackie and Keith went so far above my expectations. I wanted a fountain in pink and they delivered! I expected additional fees as this was a custom request, but nope. I am so happy with everything. The communication, updates, and fountain itself. My two cats love it, and no longer beg at the bathroom or kitchen sinks. They constantly drink water now, and most importantly, had no issue adapting to the new fountain. They even sit and watch the fountain; the sound is so relaxing once you get used to it. It is so easy to take care of, and DOES NOT get slimy like the plastic or even metal ones I’d purchased in the past. I am so happy I found you, through a suggestion on Reddit!
