The glaze is Lavender Blue. Water flows smoothly from the lip into the bowl in a pleasing stream. Use the ceramic insert to soften the flow or leave it out for a bubble-up and a stream. Your cats can drink from the silk form, the stream and the bowl. Excellent for longhair and short-faced cats, and of course for all shorthairs too.
This fountain does not take the Cat Taps.
