A trompe l’oeil (fool the eye) technique was used to simulate an industrially fabricated creation complete with ceramic ‘screws’ and ‘welding’ lines. This fountain can be run in three ways: With either of the ‘Piazza’ tops from which water streams or without either. You might want to enlarge the images to see the precise detailing of the ornamentation. Not for everyone but if you’re into Steam Punk you’ll go far to find something like this in that aesthetic.

This fountain does not take the Cat Taps.
