The glaze is our Ebony which reads ‘black for this high capacity fountain. Your cats can drink from the raised bubble up or the bowl. Adjust the volume as suits your cat and you. Great for keeping the fur of longhairs dry when drinking. This fountain does not take the Cat Taps. REDUCED due to a tiny extrusion where a mineral in the clay pushed through the glaze in the interior bottom of the bowl. This is not seen (beneath the center piece) and has no effect.
