The technique used here was  an applique of green slip was applied to the center piece then the design carved into it through to the clay body and the entire piece glazed in Clear. The bowl glaze is Florentine Green. For a stream, add an antimicrobial Cat Tap which you can swap in and out with the included straight antimicrobial spout.
