The glaze is Orchid with with a floral carving on the center piece. All our cat fountains come with everything you need but you can add any of our cat taps if you wish a stream as well, and easily swap them in and out with the straight copper spout. All are antimicrobial. Note that the center pieces and cord covers of every fountain are not attached and simply lift out. REDUCED because there is some pinholing in the glaze. This is not easily visible and has no effect. See the last image.
