The glaze is Mahogany which nicely accents the boards motif on the center piece. REDUCED due to 2 small bumps on the interior of the bowl. These are not very evident and have no effect. Please see the last image. All our cat fountains come with everything you need but you can add any of our cat taps if you wish a stream as well, and easily swap them in and out with the straight copper spout. All are antimicrobial. In addition, all can take the copper spouts and none need them to run well, though we do advocate the use of copper for their cleansing properties.
