The bowl and base of the center piece are in Bright Sky blue with Jungle Green on the leaf. Water bubbles up into and streams from tip of the leaf in a pleasing flow and no splash. Your cats can enjoy the leaf, the stream and the bowl. Flow can be adjusted at the pump. REDUCED due to a small bump on the inside of the bowl. Please see the last image. On the inside front so not easily seen and has no effect.
This fountain does not take the Cat Taps.
