When we walk into almost any home with pets we are confronted by their accoutrements. A seemingly unavoidable, quiet compromise of our living space with their necessities.
We see bowls pushed into corners or a plastic fountain on the floor; pet items that serve a very real purpose but don’t really belong in and often detract from the setting they’re in.
Or we hide them or place them where they’re convenient for us to keep but not for our pets to use or where they work best for our pets.
