The glaze is Blue Jade.  Adjust the flow at the pump for greater or lesser water display. To make this fountain into a stream fountain you can add an antimicrobial Cat Tap add-on you can swap in and out with the included antimicrobial copper spout. REDUCED due to a small bump on the lower outside. Not easily noticed and has no effect. Please see the last image.
