My two Maine Coons absolutely LOVE ❤️ their fountain and I love it just as much is they do. It is so simple to clean and it is beautiful. It’s a work of art. I’m so very happy I researched and found this company. So very pleased.

At first, I was worried when my very picky 8 year old cat did not seem too interested in her new fountain because she was use to a stream of water versus a bubble. Fortunately, I was able to order the attachment to create the stream on this beautiful fountain and she loves it now! I’m thinking of replacing her other water source with another Thirsty Cat Fountain in the future. Best customer service hands down, thank you!

I wanted to purchase a cat fountain for a while but hadn’t because of being concerned about the safety of the materials used to make them. Then I found the Thirsty Cat Fountain website. I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not only did I find a US based company that strives to make every aspect of their fountains as safe as possible for cats, each one is handmade, unique and extremely beautiful too! I found the information on their website very helpful. I did email a couple of questions that I had and I received a quick response. The fountain I chose was perfectly packaged with care and was shipped quickly. The fountain is even more beautiful in person and the instructions are thorough and easy to follow. I haven’t decided exactly where I am going to keep the fountain yet but as you can see from the picture, one of my cats has already started drinking from it right where it is now. I will spread the word to my friends about this wonderful company and their gorgeous safe cat fountains!

My sweet June has a kidney disease and inhales water all day and all night. She insists it comes from the faucet and refuses to drink from the water bowl. All night long I get woken up to get up and tun on the faucet! I was desperate and starting researching fountains. I needed a quiet one and one that resembled a faucet…..I was hesitant with this fountain and it did seem pricey. I took a chance and also purchased the little stem that goes on it to shoot the water up higher like a faucet. It came so quickly and immediately I was impressed with the beautiful design and looks to it. Very easy to set up and no motor noise….wow! Then I took the advice to raise the fountain up a little and I set it up right next the faucet she used. The next night I was ecstatic she had not woken me up for the faucet drink. I still couldn’t believe it until I caught her drinking, though. Sure enough I snuck up on her and spied…..she was happily drinking from the fountain and seemed content she “gets” the water by herself and as often as she wants! Thank you, thank you…I get my sleep back and I feel reassured that she will be getting enough water in to help slow down her kidney disease, a true miracle.

Hi Keith & Jackie.  FYI all 3 of the gorgeous fountains I purchased in 2014 are still working perfectly 24/7 for our cats & dogs. The fountains haven’t chipped, nor ever had a trace of algae or discoloration & are easy to keep clean. The copper spouts are sturdy & just the right size to provide a steady stream, but not splash over the edge of the bowls.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the quality of your fountains; they’ve been continually used by at least 7 cats & 3 dogs during the past 7 years & I think we love them as much as our pets.  My sisters ‘borrowed’ one of fountains 6 yrs ago for their dogs & never returned it! (lol).  When friends, relatives & even my in-home visiting Vet have seen them, they’ve asked where we purchased & we point them to your website.  At first, most people were apprehensive about the cost, but we explain they’re human-grade safe, don’t allow algae or bacteria to grow, sturdy, easy to clean & run 24/7 for years.  Before we bought your fountains, we went through at least 4 of the name-brand Platinum plastic fountains & literally spent 2 days a week soaking them in Clorox bleach to remove algae & bacteria;  of course, not so with your fountains.  Knowing our pets aren’t drinking algae & bacteria alone is worth the price of your fountains & aesthetically, they’re beautiful little pieces of ceramic art in our homes. Excuse my poorly framed picture but the fountain is absolutely gorgeous, it looks more like a centerpiece than a cat fountain. But more importantly my cat loves it, he starting drinking from it right away (and this is a cat who normally refuses to drink from water bowls). Additionally the customer service was phenomenal, I asked for a custom design on my fountain and Jackie emailed me right away to confirm what I wanted and accommodated my request better than I imagined! Overall I would highly recommend this fountain, if you’re on the fence about a purchase just know you wont regret it.

I ordered this fountain Monday and it has arrived today, Friday! Packaged wonderfully & secure, very happy with the purchase so far. Though the investment is real, I do love that it’s hand-made by artisans, and built to last a LONG time. Plus, I just love pottery & it’s a gorgeous piece!! I’ve washed the bowl & pump cover, added water and plugged it in. The pump is SUPER quiet, btw, barely noticeable…truly!! Now we wait to see if my 3 furbabies will take to it, fingers crossed! Thanks for making these here is the good ol USA!
