Before purchasing a new pump please check that your old one doesn’t simply need a vinegar/salt cleaning. In most cases that is all that is needed. Mix one tablespoon of salt in one cup of white vinegar and either immerse the entire pump in it, or remove the screen and the tear drop shaped piece beneath, remove the impeller and place the impeller in the solution and put the solution in the impeller well. Let sit for an hour and try the pump again. In some cases an overnight soak may be needed.

This will replace the NP-80, the FT-70 – I (indoor pump), the SL-381 and the JR-250.
If you do need a new pump, please be sure that this is the pump you need as we use two different pumps and the larger, this one, will not fit in smaller fountains. This pump has a dial for the flow control. The small pumps have a lever. Please note the FT-70 also have a lever but is the large pump. The pump comes with a quick connect plug which you will easily attach after installing the pump into the fountain. Instructions also come with the pump as well a link to a video showing the installation.
